David S. Rosen was named Bloomberg Tax co-Author of the Year, Estates & Gifts, for 2023 and is the primary author of its Family Offices portfolio. He co-heads Family Offices at Frazier & Deeter. David has published books and regularly writes about tax planning, opportunity zone and family office topics. He is the founder and creator of Mobena, after-tax planning software for complex families.
