We are excited to share the next chapter for RS&F, our team and our clients. As we continue our mission to create the premier UHNW and family office practice in the country , and surround all of our clients with world-class resources, RS&F has agreed to join Frazier & Deeter, a Top 50 accounting and advisory firm with offices throughout the US, as well as in UK and India (“FD”).

It has been over 20 years since I first started in the tax world, and it has been an unbelievable journey where I met hundreds of amazing people.  I made lifelong partnerships at Venable, and we then built a nationally recognized tax practice at RS&F, all while being recognized as a though leader by Bloomberg and others. For the past several years, we worked hard to create one of the best tax practices in the country. To build the premier family office and UHNW practice requires top talent, training and investment in technology. On the FD platform, we will take our team to the next level, and I look forward to building the best-in-class tax advisory and compliance team in the nation.

We get to build this new practice in our own backyard, as RS&F’s offices become the Mid-Atlantic platform for FD. We get to use proven national resources to add value to hundreds of clients. We get to instantly add expertise in two-dozen areas that impact our clients. And I will get time back to spend with clients, and all of our clients will benefit.

I am excited for the next iteration of RS&F to create the platform I have dreamed of building. I am energized to build the premier tax planning practice in the country. And can’t wait to show you what we will do.
